16th and 17th May 2019 at Mumbai.
16th May 2019 –
Meeting of Joint Working Group on Manpower Inadequacy in Drilling
/Workover Rigs Crews: It was recommended that Memorandum of
Settlement on Review of MOU 2004 should be made at earliest for the
Board to approve the MOU and implement at the earliest. This will solve
the availability of manpower at Topman Level.
17th May
2019 – Committee Meeting of Wage Revision for Employees of Unionized
Categories w.e.f. 01.01.2017 : Management made revised
presentation regarding Pay Scales, all unions were not agreed to the
proposal, as the same was not justified.
Unions also deliberated the
Allowances other than CAFETERIA but management did not agreed to make
any commitment beyond Cafeteria.

On 21-05-2019 Meeting was held between DRILLING SERVICES And Karmachari
Sanghatna MUMBAI in presence of GM (IR), HR Drilling Services.
Meeting was attended by Chief Drilling Services, Head Drilling
Services all Rig In-charges, Secretary, Joint Secretary And Executive
Members of Karmchari Sanghatna.
Meeting was called to follow up of
the issue Toiletry Kit . It was concluded that after issuing letter From
karmachari Sanghatna Mumbai Majority of toilet kits has been distributed
to employees considering individuals quarterly attendance in offshore
Rigs. Further leftover employees are under consideration taking there
short duty performance at various Rigs in various quarters.
Latest by
31st May 2019 the said issues will be resolved with proper
documentation.
Further management has been given instructions for
a forceful request for early purchase of linen items. Failing to do so
Karmchari Sanghatna will go on hunger strike.

MEETING ON 05.11.2018
2nd Day deliberation during Wage
Revision Meeting at Delhi.
1. Management has submitted the
presentation on Wage Revision. Unions out rightly rejected the proposal
made in the presentation.
2. Union strongly demanded in revision
of field related allowances including Hard Duty, Mining, Shift,
Operation etc.
3. Detailed presentation on Pay Anomaly was made
by Unions before Management.
4. Management agreed to release
Adhoc Advance against Wage Revision along with arrears w.e.f. 01.01.2017
in the salary for the month of November-2018.
5. Pay revision of
Tenure Based Field Operator (TBFO) will be made at the earliest.
6. Contractual Paramedics Wage Revision will also be settled very soon.

management has confirmed to amend in the MOU.

5. Financial benefits under
consideration.
6. Requested to give details of employees appointed at

Two newly
elected general secretaries from Kolkata and Ahmadabad have requested to
give 15 days time as they have attended the meeting first time.
Management has considered the request and meeting will be called within
15 days positively.

Karmachari
Sanghatana received complaints from offshore Rigs and Platforms that ECG
machines and Oxygen Concentrator medical equipment were very old and in
dilapidated condition. Karmachari Sanghatana took the matter with
incharge medical section Dr. Meena Biswal, Our General Secretary Shri
Pradeep Mayekar pressed for urgent action in meetings and by
correspondence as these are very essential and life saving equipment.
Dr. Anupam Sonawane was designated for follow up and resolution of the
issue.
ONGC procured 25 ECG machines ad 30 oxygen concentrators. Today these
latest equipment are available all offshore installations, except Rig
Sagar Vijay currently in dry dock.
If any of offshore installation does not have these two equipment in
please contact Karmachari Sanghatana.

Mishra ED Chief offshore logistics, Shri S Gopinath, Head Regional
Office, Shri R P Dubey GM HR/ER RO, Shri. Prerak Desai DGM, in charge
industrial Relations on Monday 11 JAN 2016 The following points were
discussed.
1. Rerouting of Helibase to Panvel buses via green heights
building and 11 high has been agreed and implemented from same day . Two
buses rerouted the times are 12.30 and 14.30 hours starting from
Helibase will touch to green building and 11 high on every working day.
2. the proposal of starting buses on following routes
has been has been agreedd
a. Bandra station to Green heights – morning
pick up and evening dropp
b. Kurla station to green heights – morning
pick up and evening dropp
and these two buses will be operated in ring
route from 11 high and green buildingg

are going to be purchased through board very soon for Helibase so that offshore

they have got reimbursement of medical expenses and enhanced medicalim.
